This Cancellation & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs subscription cancellations, renewals, and refunds for Whizard API (“Whizard”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By subscribing to or using our Services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Subscription Plans

Whizard operates on a prepaid subscription model (monthly, quarterly, or annual, as applicable).
All fees are charged in advance for the selected billing cycle.
Access to Services is granted immediately upon successful payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

2.2 Effect of Cancellation

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No further charges will be made after the billing cycle ends.
Access to Services will be suspended if no renewal payment is received.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds or credits for:

Partial use of Services
Unused subscription periods
Early termination or cancellation
Downgrades or plan changes
Failure to use Services after purchase

Once a subscription fee is paid, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.

4. Automatic Expiry for Non-Payment

The subscription will automatically expire if payment is not received by the renewal date.
Access to Services may be restricted or terminated.
No manual cancellation request is required in case of non-payment.

5. Plan Changes

Upgrades may take effect immediately with applicable prorated charges.
Downgrades will take effect from the next billing cycle.
No refunds or credits are issued for plan changes.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or adjustments may be considered solely at Whizard’s discretion in rare cases such as:

Duplicate payments
Verified technical billing errors attributable to Whizard

Any such decision will be final and binding.

7. Suspension or Termination by Whizard

Whizard reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to Services without refund if:

There is a violation of our Terms & Conditions
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected
Required compliance or verification information is not provided
